Zone Striping, Inc. Adds New Thermoplastic Truck to Fleet

Zone Striping, Inc. is pleased to announce that on June 1st, our eighth thermoplastic melter truck was put into service. The truck, which was constructed “in-house” by company mechanics, generates its thermoplastic melting ability through the use of diesel fuel fired burners. Zone Striping, Inc. utilizes diesel fired burners exclusively on all of its truck mounted thermoplastic equipment. The use of diesel fired burners is more efficient, economical and most importantly, safer to operate than the more traditional propane fired burners, which require the equipment to store and transport bulk propane.
The addition of this truck allows Zone Striping, Inc. the ability to now deploy eight intersection striping crews as well as three long line thermoplastic crews on any given day. As with all operations, Zone Striping, Inc. continues to upgrade and expand its fleet to service its customer’s needs.
